Accessibility Statement

Raah Child Development Center wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology, larger text, keyboard navigation or other accessibility tools.

Our approach

We are working towards the principles in WCAG 2.2, the current W3C Recommendation for web accessibility, with a practical target of Level AA over time. We do not claim that every part of the website currently conforms to every WCAG criterion, particularly content or interfaces provided by third-party services such as Google Maps or WhatsApp.

What we are doing

• Using readable text and a responsive layout.
• Providing meaningful alternative text for the main images.
• Keeping buttons and form controls labelled clearly.
• Supporting keyboard and touch interaction where the underlying browser and device allow it.
• Using normal text HTML for important business, service and contact information rather than hiding it inside images.
